Welcome to the Thunderbird Village

Whether you are escaping for a weekend ATV adventure, a vacation with camp fires, river kayaking, fishing, swimming, or just need some quiet “me time” surrounded by natural beauty.

Then one thing is for sure, the Thunderbird Village in Hatfield, Wisconsin should be your destination.

Our guests are within walking distance (200ft) to Lake Arbutus, where you’ll enjoy great swimming on the beach, a playground, fishing, kayaking, and boating.

We have Bicycles, Canoes, and Kayaks for our guests to enjoy at no-charge. We also have a 24ft 12 Passenger Pontoon boat available to rent.

For the more adventurous there are miles of hiking/biking trails, acres of scenic and challenging ATV/Snowmobile trails in Jackson & Clark Counties, and is just a hop, skip, & jump from Bruce Mound, Levis Mound, Castle Mound, Wildcat Mound, and Lake Wazee County Park.

After each fun filled day you’ll be able to retreat back into your own place of comfort, spend time with your family & friends, to share stories, and rest peacefully under a star lit night.
